At Formatix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your subscription for any reason, you may request a refund within the first 14 days of your initial purchase.

Eligibility

• Refunds are available only for the first subscription payment (one-time).
• No refunds will be issued for renewal payments after the first 14-day period.
• To request a refund, contact us at support@formatix.co.in with your order details.

Processing

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect abuse of our policy or violation of our Terms of Service.
