Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your Formatix subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not receive a refund for the remaining period unless you are within the 14-day refund window (see our Refund Policy).

How to Cancel

1. Log in to your Formatix dashboard.
2. Go to Settings → Subscription.
3. Click on Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
4. Alternatively, contact us at support@formatix.co.in to cancel on your behalf.

What Happens After Cancellation

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• After that, you will lose access to Pro features and revert to the Free plan.
• Your forms and data will not be deleted – you can continue using the Free plan indefinitely.

Early Cancellation

If you cancel within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund (see Refund Policy). After 14 days, no refunds will be issued for the remaining period.
